Osann lives this motto at every level: on the one hand, by developing high-quality products that optimally accompany the colorful everyday life of many families around the world, both for children and their parents. On the other hand, Osann is one of the last family businesses in its sector, now run by the third generation.

The exciting and successful family story began with the distribution and development of the Maxi-Cosi, the "original baby seat." Stephan Osann is therefore considered the co-founder and co-developer of the first baby seat. In 1984, he founded the Osann company, including the brand of the same name. Today, Osann operates in the baby and children's equipment sector, focusing on research and development as well as wholesale and retail sales.
