We deliver to mainland France with the transport most suited to the order:
– For light packages (decor, textiles, small furniture): delivery by parcel carrier.
– For furniture: delivery by courier, on pallet.

In all cases, Delivery is made at the foot of the building, not on the floors.
Packages can be heavy and bulky, make sure you have help receiving the goods.

Delivery is by appointment, you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule the appointment.
The number used for these exchanges is the one you provide in the order form.
Be sure to complete your telephone number correctly to avoid any errors.

During Delivery, any missing or damaged package must be reported to the delivery person: signature and reservations to be indicated on the carrier's document otherwise no complaint will be taken into account subsequently by our After-Sales Service. (In the event of transport damage, the mention of the condition of the goods determines the possible handling of the dispute: the mention “damaged package, out of service” must be noted upon receipt)

Absence at the time of delivery:
We and our service providers do our utmost to avoid deliveries in several installments. This is why we ask you for a telephone number when ordering.
In all cases, the carrier will offer you a delivery schedule to validate.
If, despite this confirmation, you are absent at the time of delivery, you can organize a 2eme free passage.
If this 2eme passage is still missed, you will then have to contact the carrier who will offer you other options (collection at a relay point or warehouse at your expense).

Time limit :

If the product is in stock and the order reaches us before Thursday noon, the product will be shipped on Friday for delivery the following week.
If the product is not in stock (information given at the time of ordering), the availability time is indicated on the product page. Please add 1 week for delivery as stated above.

Returns & withdrawal

For any cancellation or return request, the customer must contact our customer service via the contact form HERE

– Cancellation requests are possible and free as long as the order has not been shipped. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item(s) and after verification within 2 to 7 working days by bank transfer. If the cancellation request occurs while the item is already in transit or delivered, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

– In accordance with regulations, we accept withdrawals with product returns up to 14 days after receipt of the order (legal withdrawal period). In this case, the costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. The product(s) must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging to the address AT4 France – 80 route de Binans – 39570 Publy – FRANCE. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item(s) and after verification within 2 to 7 working days by bank transfer.
