Delivery and Returns


We deliver in metropolitan France with the most suitable transport for the order:
– For light parcels (decoration, textile, small furniture): delivery by parcel carrier.
– For furniture: delivery by courier, on pallet.

In all cases, the delivery is made at the foot of the building, not on the floors.
Packages can be heavy and bulky, so make sure you have help receiving the goods.

The delivery is done by appointment, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange the appointment.
The number used for these exchanges is the one you provide in the order form.
Be sure to fill in your phone number to avoid any mistakes.

At the time of delivery, any missing or damaged package must be reported to the deliverer: sign-off and reservations to be indicated on the carrier’s document, otherwise no claim can be taken into account later by our After-Sales Service. (In case of damage in transport, the mention of the state of the goods determines the possible assumption of responsibility of the litigation: the mention “damaged parcel, out of order” must be carried to reception)

Absence at the time of delivery:
Our providers and we do our best to avoid deliveries in several times. That’s why we ask you for a phone number when you order.
In all cases, the carrier will propose a delivery schedule to be validated.
If, despite this confirmation, you are absent at the time of delivery, you can arrange asecond delivery free of charge.
If this2nd passage is still missed, it will then be necessary to approach the carrier which will propose other options to you (withdrawal in point relay or in warehouse with your load).


If the product is in stock and if the order is received before Thursday noon, the product will be shipped on Friday for delivery the following week.
If the product is not in stock (information given at the time of the order), the availability time is indicated on the product page. Add 1 week for delivery, as indicated above.

Returns & retraction

– Cancellation requests are possible as long as the order has not been shipped. If this request occurs while the item is already in transit or delivered, the return costs will be charged to the customer.
– In accordance with the regulations, we accept withdrawals with product return up to 14 days after receipt of the order (legal withdrawal period). In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
– In case of delivery or quality problem on a product, contact our Customer Service.
